Congratulations to undergraduate history honors student Elisa Burba who has been awarded the Hamod/Habhab/Keeshan Family Scholarship for 2024. This scholarship is in recognition of Kay Keeshan Hamod (PhD, 1976) and is given to an outstanding history major who is pursuing Honors in the History Major. Elisa's thesis, “And They Were Roommates”: The Story of Margaret Keyes and Floy Eugenia Whitehead is advised by GWSS/history professor Lina-Maria Murillo.
