Interested in studying abroad in Germany or Austria? Join us to explore Study Abroad programs that can help you complete your German major or minor while gaining global experience. Hear directly from current UI students who have studied abroad; Glenn Ehrstine, associate professor of German, UI College of Liberal Arts and Sciences; and Cory Petersen, senior advisor and program coordinator in UI Study Abroad.

Two sessions available:

  • Tuesday, November 4, 2025, from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. in Phillips Hall, room 114

  • Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 5 - 6 p.m. in Phillips Hall, room 318
